how can I create a 2 by 3 pages picture printable?

I have a school project, and I need to create a giant poster. I just know how
to use word and clip art pics but one page is too small and it's impossible
to imagine create a nice poster from a small image that I would maximize
after.
So if someone knpws how to create a 2x3 page doc I can work on that would be
a huge help for sure

Building on what Jezebel said... Try Excel. I've done similar project using
Excel with quite a bit of success :)
