How can I create a M:M relationship in Visio 2003

I want to show a many-to-many relationship on a Visio data model. It seems
to only let me create variations of one-to-many relationships.

Does anyone know how to create and display a many-to-many relationship?

many to many is a theoretical concept and in the real world is handled by
back to back one to many relationships.

m : m ---> m : 1 : 1 : m

I'm aware of that, but I want the data model to show the M:M relationship as
a theoretical/business concept before I resolve it with an
assocation/intersecting entity.

So, can Visio 2003 show a M:M relationship in the data model?
