How can I create a macro in excel that import data from a MS_proj.

I need to import data from a ms project file, but I want to do it with a
macro. I will appreciate your help

Look at the macros on my site which export from project to excel. They will
work in excel in a similar fashion (instead of creating an instance of excel
you would create a project application)
