how can i create a payroll database

how can I lcrate a database with staff on it to be linked with a simple input
sytem of time worked by each one to get the working hours monthly

Payroll databases are very complex and not really worth doing when you can
buy something like QuickBooks Payroll for a few hundred dollars. If all you
need is something simple, you might start with a Microsoft Time & Billing
