How can I create a return address label with color and clip art?

I want to create a small label to stick on the back of photos I've taken and
printed to identify the work as my own. I have 1/2 by 1 3/4 inch labels but
only find mundane templates for these. I'd really like to creat my own
design with a background color and art, but the word label option only allows
text.
