How can I create a rule in Outlook 03 to Bcc to a Distribution lis

I need to create a rule for certain incoming email messages that will forward
Bcc to an existing Distribution List. Looking for a way to do this in
Outlook 03 or I'm open to other software that will allow me to do this.

Any help, advice, guideance will be appreciated,
