How can i create an enterprise proyect

im' having a message from proj 2002 server
when i'm trying to see de details in a projet
the server is telling me that that i cannot modify details in a project that
is not an enterprise project
that i can only modify enterprise proyects

what dows this means , how can i create an enterprise proyect ?????
