how can i create my own background design in powerpoint ?

how can i create my own backgroung using my image in powerpoint
presentatiom,,any ideas..

Dina,
Go to View - Master - Slide master, choose Format - Background - click on
the list arrow and choose Effect options - click on the last tab Picture -
click on browse - select your picture/image, click insert, click OK, click
Apply to all.

The easiest way is to click Format > Background.
Click the drop down and select Fill Effects.
Select Picture tab.
Click "Select Picture".
Search for the picture you want and click OK.
Lastly, click Apply (on a single slide) or Apply to all (on all slides).

You can also click View > Master > Slide Master.
In Master View, click Insert > Pictures > From File...
Select an image and adjust the size.
Close Master View.
