How can I create recurring appointments with conflict alerts?

I found a setting: tools, options, calendar options, resource scheduling:
auto accept meeting requests; auto decline conflict meeting requests.

However, conflicting meeting requests still get accepted.

I also need an alert telling me which of the appointments are in conflict.
