I want to deactivate Office 2003 in my computer because I bought a new
laptop. I want to install and activate Office 2003 using the same Product key
in that laptop. Is there any way I can do it?

No deactivation is necessary. Just uninstall and install on new computer.
If it has been more that 120 days since you last activated Office 2003,
internet activation should work. Else, use the telephone option.

If your old computer was a desktop and your have retail copy of Office 2003,
open any Office 2003 application. Go to Help, About. Click on the End User
License Agreement {EULA} for the EULA information of desktop laptop
installation.
