how can I define a MANY TO MANY relation in MS Visio

When I create a relation between two entities it chooses a parent to child
type in default, which provides 1 to 1, 1 to many or 0 to 1, and 0 to many
kind of cardinalities. I want to define a MANY TO MANY relation (cardinality).
