How can I delete a 5MB email stuck in my outbox?

It won't send and I haven't been able to delete it for two days. I tried
disabling my firewall but it didn't make a difference.

Put Outlook into offline mode. Exit Outlook. Restart Outlook. Now try
to delete the file. Remember to put Outlook back online.
