How can I delete duplicated e-mails from Inbox or from other folde

Hi All,


I have problem about duplicated e-mails.I have a lot of folders and those
folders have a lot of mails .They are duplicated some how.My question is "
How can I delete duplicated e-mails from Inbox or from other folders? ". I
have Microsoft Outlook 2003.
