How can I do import data from Excel?

There are no APIs to import data into Access. If you don't want to use
Transfer Spreadsheet, you can directly link the spreadsheet to Access just
like any external table, or you can use automation. Sample automation to put
data in Excel:

Importing it can use the AddNew method of a recordset object.
