how can I download office online templates?

I am using Internet explorer sp1 and I have tried the
Regsvr32 jscript.dll and Regsvr32 vbscript.dll but
I am still getting the done with errors message. Is
there anything else to fix this?

Thank you I updated a bunch of different software and reloaded my
windows Xp everything works now in office online.
