N neo [mvp outlook] Jun 4, 2009 #2 First thought that came to mind is export folder in Outlook to a new .PST file. Close the .PST, close Outlook and then archive to removable media. However to use the archived .PST you need read/write to the file if you plan on using it later. Second thought is maybe something 3rd party'ish from http://www.slipstick.com/addins/housekeeping.asp.
