How can I download Word processor?

If you have Windows XP, you already have a word processor. Click on
Start | Programs | Accessories | Wordpad.

See the other responses for other programs you can use. For Microsoft Word,
you can purchase it. You can download the trial version but that is a lot of
trouble for short-term use.
