How can I draw EER diagram with visio 2003 ?

I wanted to draw an EER diagram with visio 2003 but I have dificulties with
finding it ?

If "EER" is a form of Entity Relationship diagram, you would look in Visio
Professional 2003 under "Database", and use the "Database Model Diagram".

If you have Visio Standard 2003, there is no Database category, as the
advanced modeling solutions are only found in the Visio Professional or
Visio for Enterprise Architects versions.
