How can i easily print labels of our shared contacts for Xmas card

I need to get the labels ready for the addresses for sending out xmas cards
this year. Rather than printing them off one by one from our shared contacts
(we have around 400 addresses to print!!) is there a way of getting them all
to print at the same time? Is there a program we can buy that will allow us
to do this?!

Thanks Bob - I thought it may be something to do with a mail merge, but still
have no idea really how to do it! I've attempted it - but with no luck, I ask
the contacts to merge into my label template (word doc) but nothing happens?

Thanks for all your help with this Bob - I really appreciate it! I think I am
getting the hang of things now. The only problem I seem to have is that when
it asks me to chose the folder from where I want to merge my labels from, it
only gives me the option of taking them from my personal contacts or the
deleted shared contacts (They aren't our current shared contacts. They are al
the contacts that we have deleted in the past) if that makes any sense? Why
is it that I don't have the option of just chosing the shared contacts folder
that has all our correct addresses in it?

I'm a bit confused about your "shared contacts", but have you tried
r-clicking the folder, and pick Properties, and on the Outlook Address
Book tab, tick "Show this folder as an e-mail address book"? Otherwise
maybe someone else may understand about your "shared contacts"?

Hi Bob. I tried what you suggested with right clicking the folder, etc. but
the option for it to be shown as an email address book has already been
selected.
In our Outlook program, we have contacts, which are each person's own
personal contacts. Then we have Shared Contacts, which is a folder that has
the company's business contacts in which every user can see and has access
to. For some reason, when i try to do a mail merge, it doesn't give me the
option of using the shared xontacts - just ones that we have deleted in the
past! Have no idea why!!

Is the "Shared Contacts" actually in your "Mailbox"? If not you could
create your own secondary Contacts folder and copy the contents of the
"shared contacts" to it.
