How can I email 300 Account listings to an associate to have on h.

I've keyed about 300 Accounts into Business Contact manager and want to email
the information to a business partner.

I can't figure out how to do this. I exported the file, and then couldn't
open it with Outlook.

This shouldn't be as difficult as I'm making it, right?
