How can I email my entire address book to someone?

I am entering business contacts for my boss, and need to email the entire
list to hom. Is this possible?

Try following the instructions for backing up & restoring a folder from
here:
http://www.howto-outlook.com/Howto/backupandrestore.htm

Of course, this is based on the guess that all the contacts are in a single
folder
