How can I embed a short movie into Powerpoint so it can be E-mail

I am trying to E-mail a presentation with a short movie in it. However it is
linked to a file in my hard drive. How do I embed the file so that I can
E-mail the presentation and the movie will run at the other end?

Video is always linked, you cannot embed. Read this:
