How can I enable the right click function?

I cannot get the right button on my computer to work at all. No right click
functions are enabled at all.

I want to be able to use the menus that normally appear when you right click.

I have a HP Pavilion dv5-1160us Entertainment Notebook PC.

If you mean in Windows and all other programs on your computer, then
please post to a newsgroup for your operating system.
