Or use a different spreadsheet program (Quatro Pro???)

Those are the absolute limits
The values are much larger in Excel 2007

Before Excel 2007 becomes available, you can create multiple worksheets, each
being up to 256 x 65536. You can do calculations across multiple worksheets,
but you can't sort across them.

use a database, jerkoff!!

SQL Server and Access Data Projects.. SQL 2005 Express if you must.
you can fit one helluva lot of data in a SQL database.

and if you.. and i quote 'properly normalized your data' maybe your
life would be a lot easier.

keep your data in a relational form; and then you can query it into a
crosstab if you need to.

my pivotTables are more powerful than yours.
