How can I export auto texts created by in word.

exporting auto texts in word

I shall be thankful if any one could let me know how to exporta uto texts
created by mein word, like exporting book marks or contacts.

If you are referring to AutoText (Insert/AutoText), rather than
AutoCorrect entries (Tools/AutoCorrect), then unless you specified
otherwise they are stored in Normal.dot. If the reason you want to
'export' them is because you are switching computers, then simply take
your Normal.dot and replace Normal.dot on the new computer.

If what you want to do is share them with others, then create a new
template and under Tools/Templates and Add-ins click the Organizer
command. Then copy the entries from your Normal.dot to the new
template. Then the recipient would need to do the same on their
computer.
