How can I find and change the Office 2007 path to source files?

I'm trying to at least find the installation path for Office 2007, but
ideally I'd like to be able to change it as well, much like changing the
Windows SourcePath. I know it's different for Office. I can find some
information on Office 2003, but not 2007.
