How can I find my password in Outlook?

I thought that I had written down the correct password to send/recieve and I
guess I was wrong. It is telling me that its incorrect. How can I look it up
or change it without knowing it anymore?

The fact that Outlook is telling you that it is incorrect
generally means that it is corrupted on the server.
Contact your ISP. They will ususally set it to a base
password and then you are to access their web site to
change it, or they may send it to your e-mail address.
