How can I find my product ID # off my disc itself?

I've lost my paper that comes with the disc but need to know the product # to
be able to search for updates. I have Office for XP.

The Product Key is not on the CD itself. You do not need the
Product Key to "search for updates". What are you trying to
accomplish?
