How can I find/remove OBSOLETE Rules in Rules Wizard?

I have a number of Rules defined via the Rules Wizard, some of them quite
OLD and probably OBSOLETE.

Is there any way I can find out WHEN/IF a given Rule found a match, so I can
remove Rules that have not found any matches in a long time?
