How can I find the target for Outlook 2003 Address book?

I have tried several different ways to see my contact list in the Outlook
Address book to no avail. I have checked the box in the Outlook Address
Book, restarted outlook, re-booted my pc and I still do not have the contacts
in the Address Book.
Can anybody help!
