How can I fix page numbers that are duplicating?

I am creating a 13 page document where each page is set up in columns. The
pages (2-11) that are in columns have incorrect page numbers. They all say
"Page 2 of 13." How can I fix this.

If you use Alt+F9 to toggle on the field codes, what do you see in place of
the page numbers?

You should see Page { PAGE } of { NUMPAGES } (though the case of PAGE and
NUMPAGES doesn't matter.
