I have downloaded into Access data pertinent to multiple instructors and
created a report to organize the data, such that each instructor has 1-5
pages of data in the Access report. I want to be able to foward each
instructor's data to him in Outlook, preferably by clicking the "Send to"
feature in Outlook and attaching that instructors' data to an email, but
without including any of the other report pages, so that each receives only
his own data. When I try to use the "Send to" feature, it loads the entire
report into an email, and I see no fields where I can specifiy which data I
want to attach. Am I missing a feature here? Thanks!
