How can i get a template for access to run a simple fleet managem.

I am a new user and need a simple template for this purpose. Has anyone got
anything that may suit?

Everything I've ever heard about fleet management lead me to believe it is
any but simple.

You might start by looking in the template gallery at
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/default.aspx.

Next, I'd try a Google search.
