How can I get a textbox to repeat on every page of a document?

I have set up a page with a header and footer and also a textbox along the
length of the left side of the page. How can I get the textbox to repeat on
every page like the header and footer?

Insert you text box in the header, set layout as "In Front of text" and
position on the page as appropriate.

I would position for wrapping unless you keep your textbox in the margin.
