My PC does not have sounds enabled, but I still need for a way to utilize
reminders. I have Outlook 2003 running on a Windows XP (v5.1.2600). There
should be a visual notice available, such as occurs when a new email message
arrives, but I can't seem to figure out how to make it happen.
