How can I get an Office XP VL CD?

I am in need of the media to install Office XP. We have 18 licenses for it,
but the no one can locate the CD. None of the resellers I've contacted have
them anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions about where I might be able
to purchase one? Otherwise we have 18 licenses that we can't use. I know
it's an older version, but we don't have funding to update just yet. Thanks.
