Google "frontpage certification" (without the quotes, of course.)
There's a ton of stuff out there. Whether any of the courses and
projects would earn you a Microsoft Certified FrontPage User
designation, there's the rub. Some of the programs might offer
the following benefits (1) deepening your knowledge of FrontPage,
database management, and web design; and (2) increasing your
value to your employer (perhaps a raise and enhanced job security?),
or enabling you to acquire and keep web customers if you're running
a web consulting business.
