I had successfully set up my back up tool using Outlook 2003 and it was
working fine until recently; in beginning my year-end emaol maintainence, I
noticed the back up tool is no longer functioning. When I open the back up
box, it will not allow me to add personal folders that need to be backed up
and gives the date of the last back up.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the program , but I still get the same result.
Would anyone know how to resolve this issue?
