How can i get outlook to filter out junk mail that is already in my inbox?

I've just upgraded to outlook 2003 but i have about 1000 emails in my inbox. How can i get outlook to scan these emails for junk email and move them to the junk email folder. With the old outlook i could run the junk email rule, but i can't find this option in 200

Can anyone help?
