How can I get outlook to open with the in-box?

My Outlook 2003 program open with the personal folder highlighted. I would
like to have it open with the inbox.

Hi Don,
TOOLS | OPTIONS | OTHER | ADVANCED OPTION |
And on this tab you can choose the startup folder!
