How can I get Outlook to warn me before exiting?

I have this terrible habit of goig too fast when reading my plethora of
e-mails and accidentally clicking to close Outlook by mistake. I usually
have many e-mail windows open during the day for quick reference and often
keep them marked as UNREAD so I can get back to ones taht are pending. Can I
get Outlook to ask me "Are you sure you want to exit" before it let's me? I
realize a lot of people don't like that, but I really need it!

The answer has been posted in the OL groups previously;
I believe it involved creating a fictitious mail acount (acount settings), &
not including this account in the send/receive grouping. Then creating a msg
on this acount and sending the msg. The msg will go to your Outbox, where it
remains. If outlook is then closed there will be the default warning that
there is a msg waiting to be sent.

You don't always need the fictitious account. Just create a message
without an address in the To field and save to Drafts then drag to the
Outbox. In at least some versions of Outlook this only works with
POP3/IMAP, in that case you will need the fake email account.
