How can I get rid of the warning about inserting data in a merge?

When I try to run a merge in Word 2003 that was created in Word with a .txt
file, I always get a warning box that says:

Opening this document iwll run the following SQL command:

SELECT * FROM M:\CaseGeneric Letter.txt

Data from your database will be placed in the document. Do you want to
continue?

Yes No

Is there any way to get rid of this pesky little message when I want to
always say Yes???
