How can I get text to appear before title in powerpoint

I want this to have the answers appear before the question which is the
title. I have powerpoint 2003. I don't know how to do this.

Animate your title to Appear on click.

Select the title.
Go to Slide Show > Custom Animation > Add Effect > Entrance
Select the animation you desire. Choose: On Click

With the cursor in the answers, click on Custom animation | Add Effect and
set the animation for the 'answers' first, and then click on the 'title' |
Custom animation | Add Effect and set the animation. Does this answer your
