How can I get the plan s curve from Project?

Run the Analyze Timescaled data wizard and export earned value data
desired to Excel.

I have MS Project 2000. I don't have the Analysis toolbar or maybe I don't
know where it is. How can I generate the S curve from MS Project 2000?
