How can I get the reminder screen to auto appear each day in XP?

In Windows 98, the Reminder screen automatically appears each day at midnight
showing any events within the time period designated (I use 1 week). How can
I get Office Outlook in Windows XP Media to do the same? I can't seem to find
the procedure.
