how can i have 2 instance of outlook 2003 run at the same time

i like to have 2 instances of outlook 2003 running at the same time. i would
like 1 for my work and 1 for my personal email isp server.

i don't want to merge them into 1 outlook instance because i might have to
send emails from the different profiles.
