Could you be a BIT more explicit? What product key "that is in the
computer"? What EXACTLY are you trying to do?

If you are talking about the product key on the side of the computer, it is
for the operating system only. If you're trying to activate Office, it won't
work. You must use the product key that came with office when you bought it,
or, that was sent to you if it is a trial version.
