I have several email accounts. At the moment, when I send an email, the receiver sees my sender name (first name and surname).

But I run a business and I want sthe receivers to see my business name only.

Can i have different sender names for different email accounts from Entourage? Or do I ahve to stick to my several webmails?

Many Thanks,

Van Fris

In the account settings (tools; Accounts; [double-click on the account
in the list]) you can set the name for the sender field - this can be
whatever you like. It is set, by default, when you create the account,
to the full name of the 'me' contact in Entourage, but can be changed
here.

To set up multiple 'send only' accounts, create new accounts in
entourage using the same settings for the sending mail server as the
account you already have, change the name and email address to whatever
you want the ecipient to see and leave the 'reciving mail' server field
blank. When you save the settings you will probably get a warning that
the receiving mail server has not been set up, but this is OK.

Now, when you receive mail, it will only be received throguh the
primary mail account. However, when you send mail, next to the 'to'
field you will have a new drop down menu allowing you to choose which
account to send from.
