How can I have Visio shape custom property appear in the shape?

I created custom properties for a visio Org Chart shape and populated the
property with text. I can not get the property/text to appear on the shape
however. How is this done?

If you are using Visio 2003, click on Organization Chart->Options in the
menu, select the Fields tab and you can choose the fields that you want to
appear in your shapes.
