How can I hyperlink to the middle of a page?

I'm trying to set up a hyperlink on one page to direct the user to the middle of another page. How do I do this? (Thanks.)

Set a bookmark to a word in the area
of the page you want opened.
Save the page, but leave it open.

Then in the original page, hyperlink to the bookmark
you just set.
